If you’re like most of my readers, you’re deeply interested in spiritual things. You want to know God better. You are committed to winning at work, and—equally important—succeeding at life. You strive to grow, get better, and reach your potential, especially when it comes to your knowledge and relationship with God. You want to leave a lasting impact on your world.
But something keeps getting in the way: There just seems to be too much to do and too little time, and maybe there's some bit of knowledge just out of reach that you're missing.

- Do you feel like you're missing something significant when it comes to the Bible, or your relationship with God?

I Know How You Feel
I know what it feels like to be in a situation where knowledge seems just out of reach, while deceivers run rampant on YouTube and poorly developed websites claiming to have "secret knowledge" that will get you closer to God.
For years, I, too, struggled to find the right resources, build the right healthy trusting relationships with solid Bible teachers. I've gone down the wrong road a few times!
I've learned that trusting in God's Holy Spirit to guide you takes practice, especially when the deceiver has so many ways out there to deceive. These are a couple of the ways strong followers of Messiah get drawn away: seeking secret knowledge of things like how to properly pronounce the Divine Name, or the name of Jesus in Hebrew (it is Yeshua, by the way), or seeking to practice the Mosaic Covenant Laws when as believers we are under a New Covenant after the Order of Melki-Zadik (Melchizedek) (Hebrews 7). I am sure there are more.
Many people who get caught up in the "Hebrew Roots" or Messianic movements get sidetracked, not understanding some basic foundations of the faith, such as James 2:13, "Mercy triumphs over judgment."
If you’re like me, you've come to realize that making your relationship with God, your marriage, children, relationships with your friends, your church or congregation, and your contribution to your community should be top priorities, and must be ordered properly.
